Shipping policy

We currently offer free standard shipping to addresses in the United States.

**Production time:** Most chandeliers require approximately 45–50 days for production before shipment.

**Standard delivery:** After production is complete, delivery is estimated at 38–45 business days. Production and transit are separate time periods; the shipping estimate does not include production time.

Orders for oversized, fragile, remote, or special-access locations may require additional handling or delivery arrangements. We will contact you if additional charges or arrangements are needed before dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided when available. Delivery estimates are estimates only and may be affected by customs, carrier delays, weather, or other events outside our control.
