Custom Chandelier Design Deposit

This $300 deposit is for a custom chandelier project and will be applied to the project balance as stated in your confirmed written quotation. This listing is not a stand-alone lighting product.

Please contact EME Lighting and receive a written quotation before purchasing. We will confirm the design, specifications, total project price, production timeline, delivery arrangements, and deposit amount before payment.

Deposit and cancellation terms

Once you have reviewed and approved the final custom design drawing, the deposit is non-refundable if you cancel the order for personal reasons, including a change of mind. Please review the approved design and project details carefully before confirming.

This deposit term does not limit remedies for a product that arrives damaged or defective, or is materially inconsistent with the approved specifications, as described in EME Lighting's Refund Policy and applicable law. Cancellation requests before production and all other refund questions are handled under the written project quotation and EME Lighting's applicable policies.
