Terms of service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the EME Lighting online store and any purchase made through it. By using the store, you agree to these terms.

**Products and specifications:** Product images, dimensions, weights, finishes, colors, lighting specifications, and availability are provided for reference and may vary slightly because of materials, production tolerances, photography, and screen settings. Custom products are manufactured according to the specifications approved by the customer.

**Orders and pricing:** An order request is not accepted until EME Lighting confirms it. We may correct errors, update product information, change availability or pricing, or cancel an order where necessary. If an order is cancelled after payment, we will provide an appropriate refund of the affected amount.

**Custom orders:** Customers are responsible for confirming dimensions, ceiling height, electrical requirements, finish, mounting conditions, delivery access, and other project details before production. Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may incur additional charges.

**Shipping and delivery:** Shipping terms and estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. Production time and transit time are separate. Delays caused by customs, carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control do not constitute a breach of these terms.

**Installation and safety:** Installation should be performed by a qualified electrician or professional installer in accordance with applicable local codes. EME Lighting is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, modification, misuse, or failure to follow installation instructions.

**Intellectual property:** The EME Lighting name, logos, product photography, product descriptions, designs, and other store content are owned by or licensed to EME Lighting and may not be copied or used without permission.

**Limitation and governing terms:** To the extent permitted by applicable law, EME Lighting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the store or products. These terms are subject to applicable laws and do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
